At Bolt It On we pride ourselves on creating and manufacturing awesome products to help you manage all of your cargo transportation needs. We understand that sometimes things don't work out and you may decide you need to return one of our great products. Our process is really pretty simple, so read on and follow our process and we'll do our very best to handle your return as efficiently as possible:
Product returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of your Bolt It On Shipping confirmation email.
How to Return
- Give us a call at: 805-975-8280 or shoot us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason for your return. One of our friendly team members will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RA.
- Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and write the reason for each returned item. Be sure to include your daytime contact phone number.
- Return items must be in original, unused, brand spanking new condition.
- Returns need to be carefully packaged in original packaging.
- Include all product installation kits and small parts.
- Return freight must be paid by the customer.
FedEx or UPS are generally the least expensive and safest shipping method. Do not send items back to Bolt It On C.O.D., as our warehouse will not accept any C.O.D. shipments. Always insure the package for the full retail value of the item and save the tracking information for your return. Bolt It On is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please return all items via ground shipping. Please note: Third party shippers (example UPS Store, FedEx Office, Mailbox Etc) add charges to normal ground shipping costs. Bolt It On does not reimburse these charges.
A refund for the price paid less any original and/or return shipping fees will be issued to the payment method used at time of order. Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
Closeout items and discontinued items CANNOT be returned or exchanged, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Restocking Fees / Unexcepted Returns
At Bolt It On we strive to provide the best products and best customer service. Help us to help you with your returns. If your merchandise is returned to Bolt It On in the appropriate amount of time given (30 days from the date of your Bolt It On Shipping confirmation email) and is in new and resell-able condition, there will be a minimum 20% restock plus any shipping fees. If your item is returned and has been damaged in any way from shipping or other wise and we are able to recondition the item for resale, you will be assessed an applicable return/recondition fee at the sole discretion of Bolt It On. We will not accept any items for return that have been installed and/or used. If you have any questions about the eligibility of your return, please contact us.
Now that we've received your return, give us about 5-7 business days to inspect the returned goods, approve the return and issue a refund via the original payment method used for your original order. Please note that some banks like to hang onto your money as long as possible and can sometimes take 2-10 business days to post to your account.

Any damage or injury to property or persons is not covered by this warranty and is in no way the responsibility of Bolt it on. The original purchaser and/or end user assumes any and all liability of the use of Bolt it on products.
